Excelente material sobre o colapso soviético. Peça histórica de grande valor! Recomendo a meus alunos a leitura. Agora que me dei conta de que estamos em agosto, 20 anos após o golpe que marcou o início do fim do regime estabelecido após a nefasta revolução de 1917!
Pois é… Há exatos vintes anos o mundo assistia, atônito, aos acontecimentos que pareciam por fim à Perestroika e à Glasnost promovidas por Gorbachev. Lembro, como se fosse, hoje das imagens das ruas de Moscou apinhadas de gente reunida para fazer frente ao golpe da linha dura do Partido Comunista da URSS.
Pretendo postar algumas coisas sobre o período nas próximas semanas…
